Position Overview

Sport Venture Group is seeking highly motivated interns to support content creation, research, and data initiatives during Summer 2026. This is a fully remote opportunity working directly with leadership on real-world sports business projects involving global football, collegiate athletics, media strategy, sponsorship, fan engagement, and sports investment analysis.

Responsibilities

Intern responsibilities may include:

Content & Media

• Assist with creation of digital content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Research and draft articles, reports, newsletters, and executive summaries
• Support video, graphics, and presentation development
• Monitor global football, NCAA, and Olympic sports news cycles
• Assist with social media scheduling and engagement analysis

Data & Research

• Conduct research on football clubs, leagues, media rights, sponsorships, and sports technology companies
• Track trends in collegiate athletics, NIL, private equity, and Olympic sports
• Assist with financial modeling and benchmarking projects
• Compile datasets related to club valuations, attendance, fan growth, media reach, and sponsorship trends
• Support internal reporting and market intelligence initiatives

Strategy & Operations

• Participate in weekly remote strategy meetings
• Assist with presentation and pitch deck development
• Support special projects involving global sports properties and emerging technologies
• Help organize research databases and content libraries

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Strong interest in sports business, football/soccer, media, finance, or analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and research abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or sports analytics platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of global football and/or collegiate athletics preferred
